Weekly bookings run from Fri to Fri (7 nights)
Weekend bookings run from Fri to Mon (3 nights)
Mid-week bookings run from Mon to Fri (4 nights)
Variations may be possible outside of the school holidays, please ask us.

Arrival time is 4pm on the start date
Departure time is 10am on the departure date

Availability is updated on this website as soon as a reservation is made. Reservations will be held for 4 days (or 2 days if the start date is within 6 weeks) to enable you to pay the deposit to confirm the booking.

The deposit is £100 or 25% of the full price, whichever is the greater. The balance will be due 6 weeks before your start date.  The deposit and the balancing payment are not refundable in the event of a cancellation by you.

We will send a booking confirmation form upon receipt of the deposit. This will give contact details for the housekeeper with whom you can arrange collection of the keys.

On arrival at the cottage, you will find a Welcome Pack containing useful information about the cottage and how to use it, as well as local information.  We also provide a welcome hamper from the village shop.

Rose Cottage is a no smoking cottage.

We are sorry, pets are not allowed unless agreed in advance.
